Hi, my name is Seth Humphrey, I’m originally from Tecumseh, Oklahoma and I’m the founder and CEO of The Vitality Mill, StretchU, The Gorilla Alliance, as well as the author of "Performance on Demand" and "How To Gamify Your Life To Win In Everything."

 

For the past 18 years I’ve been helping individuals take back control of their health and fitness so they can live the life they’ve worked so hard to create!

 

My strategies have helped clients lose over 100lbs, restore marriages and ultimately help countless individuals step into their most elite versions.

 

I’m a believer that life is simple; when we slow down, question our thoughts and do what we said we would do.

 

If I’m not working out, coaching clients, or working inside my businesses, you can find me hanging out in my sauna and ice barrel, or traveling to my son's football games with my wife.

Is this for me if I’m out of shape or have injuries?

Yes. Most of our members are 40+ and haven’t worked out in years. Every workout is customized to your body, your fitness level, and your injury history.

I’ve failed before—how do I know this will work for me?

Because we do it with you. You’ll have a coach guiding you every step of the way. Just show up, follow the plan, and we’ll make sure you get results.

Is this one of those overcrowded bootcamps?

Nope. Every session is semi-private with just 4–6 people. No yelling, no chaos, and no workout of the day. Just personalized training built for YOU.

I’ve tried personal training before and didn’t love it—what makes this different?

Our coaches aren’t here to count reps — they’re here to coach. We keep it small so we can guide, correct, and encourage you from the moment you walk in.
